Samantha has over a decade of experience helping women improve their quality of life through a holistic and personalised approach to health and fitness. She works with a range of modalities, including Personal Training, Pilates (Mat and Reformer), and massage therapy.
She qualified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), a globally recognised leader in the fitness industry. Her Pilates certification was earned through the prestigious Stott Merrithew Pilates School, and she holds massage therapy diplomas from both the UK and Israel.
Over the years, Samantha has had the privilege of working alongside top physiotherapists and sports therapists, deepening her knowledge and refining her hands-on skills. She has supported women through many stages of life — from pre- and post-natal care to post-operative recovery, lymphatic and scar tissue healing, and navigating the unique health and fitness needs of perimenopause and menopause.
